Remember me

Q: What if I can't remember my password and/or user ID?

A: If you've forgotten your user ID or password, go to www.cmeplanner.com and click on the Forgot your password link in the Member Login box. Next, enter the email address you used when you registered, then submit.

You will receive an email from cmeplanner.customerservice@qhc.com shortly thereafter containing your password.

*Please note: if you do not receive our automated email soonafter, it may be that your computer has intercepted it as Spam mail. In this case, you should check your system's Spam filter and locate our email there. If you cannot, please contact us.

Q: How do I change my password and user ID?

A: Click on My Profile after log in where you may update your original log in information.

Q: I'm having problems with some of the functionality of your website. What's wrong?

A: This site is best viewed with Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator 5.0 or above. You may experience a problem if you are not using the latest browser. In Internet Explorer, click "Help" -- "About Internet Explorer" to see which version you have. In Netscape, click "Help" -- "About Netscape." Visit www.Microsoft.com or www.Netscape.com for information on upgrades.

Q: I can't log on to the site. What should I do?

A: 1. Make sure you are using the correct user ID and password. Remember your user ID is always the email address you first signed up with. Remember also that your user ID and password are case sensitive. So if your email or password begins with a capital letter or was created in all caps, you must type it exactly as it appears or it will not be recognized.

2. Keep your cache directory clean. Your Internet browser keeps track of where you've visited by storing files in a temporary folder called the cache directory. If this folder isn't emptied periodically, it can interfere with your ability to log in. To empty the folder:

For PC:

  • Under "Tools" choose Internet Options.

  • In the center of the window, under "Temporary Internet Files" click the "Delete Files" button.

For Macintosh:
  • Under "Explorer" choose "Preferences."

  • Choose "Advanced" on the left side of the window.

  • Click the "Empty Now" button under "Cache."
3. Turn off your pop-up prevention software. Software intended to prevent pop-up ads may keep you from logging in to our site. Disable it as follows: ("Tools" -- "Pop-up Blocker" -- Turn off).
